四、科研工作簡(jiǎn)介???? ?
????主要從事先進(jìn)極化材料與光電器件研究,具體研究方向包括:
????1. 鐵電極化場(chǎng)增強(qiáng)的紅外探測(cè)器件與機(jī)理;
????2. 低維窄禁帶半導(dǎo)體材料、物理與器件;
????3. 室溫紅外光電材料、器件與應(yīng)用開發(fā)。
????先后主持國(guó)家基金委、中國(guó)科學(xué)院、上海市科委、國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃子課題等項(xiàng)目10余項(xiàng)。研究成果以第一/通訊作者在Nature Communications、Science Advances、Advanced Materials、Advanced Science等期刊發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文37篇,已獲得授權(quán)中國(guó)發(fā)明專利12項(xiàng),授權(quán)美國(guó)發(fā)明專利3項(xiàng)。
????在培養(yǎng)研究生方面,研究方向聚焦于國(guó)家重大應(yīng)用需求和國(guó)際科技前沿,注重培養(yǎng)研究生發(fā)現(xiàn)問題解決問題的能力,注重理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,在實(shí)踐中不斷提升自我。
